美式經典 Cornbread

 

 

下春雨的星期天早午餐：美式經典 Class cornbread。Sweet and savory。

 

材料：

1 cup AP flour

1 cup corn meal

1/3 cup sugar

4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

 

1 cup sweet corn

1/2 cup jalapeno

1.5 cup soy milk

1/4 cup canola oil

2 tbs flax seeds mixed with 6 tbs warm water (egg replacer)
