杏片春烤蘆筍 Roasted Asparagus with Almond

喚醒春天無須吶喊。

將一把清脆鮮嫩的蘆筍佐橄欖油,送進預設華氏 400烤箱約莫 10-12分鐘,撒上蒜末,海鹽,胡椒,烤杏仁碎片,最後佐上新鮮檸檬汁後即可上桌。(另若輕灑上帕馬森乾酪絲也很棒)

 

 

 

(註) 烤杏仁碎片作法:杏仁片鋪在平底鍋上,小火不停翻轉約 3分鐘直到稍微焦黃即可熄火,杏仁本身油脂多所以過程不需添加油。沒有杏仁也可用松子或腰果取代。
