德州胡桃蔓越梅餅乾 Texas Pecan and Cranberry Cookies

秋天就這樣大剌剌的來了。轉眼間空氣開始變稀薄乾冷,大地轉金黃色,正午的陽光卻把影子被拉得斜長,時令的替換對我這種季節敏感型的無良家庭主婦難免又開始惆悵了起來。

 

只是啊,改變是唯一的不變….    應景的秋季餅乾:德州胡桃蔓越梅餅乾。

 

乾材料:

1 cup all purpose flour (也可以改為全麥)

1 tsp baking powder

1⁄2 tsp baking soda

1⁄4 cup unrefined sugar

1⁄4 tsp sea salt

1⁄2 cup cranberries

1/3 cup Texas pecan

 

溼材料:

1⁄3 cup pure maple syrup

1⁄4 tsp blackstrap molasses (致命又致勝的關鍵)

1 1⁄2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1⁄4 cup canola oil

 

預設烤箱華氏 350度,烘培時間 11分鐘,一次大約可做 8-10個餅乾

 

 

 

就這樣。各位開始把裝飾或保暖用的圍巾,大衣,靴子等等都準備好了嗎?
