綠牆
我對綠色情有獨鍾。
仲介說景氣差，失業率高，銀行審核信用額度門檻非常高，市場上有太多法拍和賣不掉的房子，再來因為我家客廳有個奇怪綠色的牆，導致來看房的人都被一一嚇跑….. 沒錯，我就是平日作風俗氣又大膽，所以才這麼多人愛我啊！更別說這綠牆被好多朋友深愛和讚美….
的確是有很多有關裝潢的電視節目也都建議如要賣房子，最好將房子漆成最安全的米白色。不過就算漆成米白色，未來的屋主還是會挑自己喜歡的顏色再漆一次不是嗎？有何差別？因為不是米白色，所以來看房的人就無法想像他將來想要的酒紅色是什麼樣子嗎？
好吧，為了迎接市場主流口味，前幾個禮拜把家裡客廳及玄關全都漆成白色，皆大歡喜這樣總可以了吧？不過等我下次有自己房子的時候，我一樣會再選擇油漆綠色。
